Thank you for your interest in Menu Shop samples. Choosing a material or colour on a screen isn't always easy, so request a sample and check the quality, feel and finish in your own venue.
Your first sample is on us
If you only need one sample, we'll send it at no cost. Fill in the form and we'll take care of the rest.
We'll confirm the cost before sending
If you'd like to compare several models, colours or finishes, we'll let you know the cost of any additional samples before we prepare them. No surprises.

We'll send it to the address you give us, so you can take your time deciding before you order.

How much does a sample cost?
One sample is completely free. If you need several, we'll let you know the cost of the additional samples before sending them, so you can decide with all the information.
Will the sample have my logo on it?
Samples come from our sample room, so they won't usually be personalised with your logo. They will show you the material, colour and type of finish. If you have questions about personalisation, our design team will be happy to advise.
What if you don't have the exact model I ask for?
We work with what's available in our sample room. If we don't have the exact combination, we'll suggest the closest alternative and let you know before sending it.
When will you contact me?
One of our advisers will review your request and be in touch shortly, Monday to Thursday 9am–5pm and Friday 9am–4pm.
